Hardware and Electronic Access
The A.G. Mauro Company carries top quality architectural builder’s hardware from the most respected manufacturers in the industry. We stock a large inventory of hardware including locks, closers, exit devices, hinges, flat goods, thresholds and specialty items. The Pittsburgh location stocks and distributes fine residential hardware including Emtek.
Hollow Metal
A.G. Mauro Company carries hollow metal doors and frames from Steelcraft and Curries. We stock hollow metal doors, three-sided frames and stick material used to fabricate custom sidelights and borrowed lights in our full service metal shops. In addition to standard hollow metal doors and frames, we also carry specialty doors and frames such as sound control doors with STC ratings, lead lined doors, stainless steel doors and frames, blast resistant doors, bullet resistant doors and corrosion resistant doors fiberglass) among others.
Wood Doors
A.G. Mauro sells wood doors from Marshfield Door, VT Industries, Eggers and others. We can provide flush doors, stile and rail doors, pre-hung doors as well as specialty wood doors including lead lined and sound control (STC) wood doors. LEED certification can be met with certified doors. LEED credits are available for recycled content, rapidly renewable materials, low-emitting materials, and certified wood.
Wood doors are available in all species and core constructions and with factory pre-finishing and pre-machining. In addition, the A.G. Mauro Company provides shop installation of hardware on wood doors as a service to our customers.
Specialty Doors
Specialty products include radiation protection doors (lead-lined), acoustic doors and frames, bullet-resistant doors, fiberglass doors, fiberglass reinforced panel doors, blast doors, tornado, and hurricane-resistant doors, radio frequency shielded doors, and sliding barn door systems .
